Today was the first storm day in a long time at Snowbird. The fellas were getting after it pretty hard considering there were only 2 inches of new snow. Charlie May and Riley Bergseng were dominating Rock Chute’s numerous exit options in the flat light and frigid temps. Today was the coldest I have been this season with low temps, falling snow and a fiercely biting wind. Silver Fox was again being blown in a little, but you have to be aware of the bumps in the lower section. The Rat’s Nest has gotten to the point that I am no longer willing to go thru it to get to Great Scott. Speaking of Great Scott, he is covered with loads of fist sized loose rocks that have been kicked down by the people scraping their way in and will be the site of many rowdy and painful things once they are covered up by a few inches of fresh later this week. I would advise to steer clear…

Bring on the snow!!!
