Two runs in Happo-One’s alpine today. High winds on ridgetops, but north east aspects are loaded and skiing beautifully. Crossing the river at the bottom is… interesting.
High winds kept the upper half of the mountain closed for about half of the day today. However, with a couple inches of new snow plus wind, the trees are skiing nicely. Its still pretty thin in there, so the best areas are north facing with minimal shrubbery in the summer.
