As stated yesterday there’s only one thing to be said, Goddammit. I am really jealous! Local pro skiers Mike Douglas & Callum Pettit, and pro snowboarder, Mercedes Nicoll got to ski pow while I was stuck in rainy Vancovuer, you were crunching numbers in your cubical and everyone else was in school.
Last night I spoke with Mike Douglas at the Grand opening of the Salomon Store, he told me about his day heli skiing and how he almost got the helicoptor to fly him to Vancouver…. He also told me a funny story. It turns out that Callum’s brother Sean Pettit was suppose to join them in the heli but couldn’t make it because he had a driving exam… the story gets better because after skipping out on heli skiing he failed the exam.
