Gunnison County native and all around ripper on wheels and skis Dave Bunt is a fun dude to ride bikes with. Here he leads the charge on Freefall trail at Hartman Rocks Rec Area, a zone he’s been riding since he was a grom.
Crested Butte freeriders have been enjoying the new amenities of a pro-built bike park right in there backyard. Red Mcintosh banks a turn out of the bridges of lower Mineral Point trail at Evolution Bike Park.
This June, just like many Junes before, over 150 Crested Butte locals, visitors, and friends got together to build a new bike trail. The result, only 3 days later, was 3 miles of really fun singletrack with jaw dropping views high above the slate river on land purchased by our local CB Land Trust. Dave Bunt hauls through the opening section of the new Lupine Trail freight train style. Just his way of saying thanks to all those who made it possible!
