skiing baby 4th of july

Alpine is the first resort in Tahoe to step up and announce that they’ll be open for 4th of July this summer.

Needless to say, Squaw will have to follow suit just to save face.  Which is awesome.

Unofficial is predicting skiing and riding at Squaw & Alpine this 4th of July, 2011.  How cool is that?

Alpine is charging $40 for tickets.  That price will go down if they get more Facebook fans.  So, give Alpine’s Facebook page a “like” & bring 4th of July prices down for all.

If you have a 2011/12 Alpine pass you don’t have to pay at all.

Alpine will be open Saturday, Sunday, & Monday of the 4th of July Weekend.  Open terrain will go from the Summit to the Lodge and be open 9 am to 2 pm.  There will also be parties, bbqs, & live music starting at noon and T-shirts for sale.  Not bad!
