The Variant Brim comes in a ton of different colors so you can easily find one to match your fresh gear. They work well with ear buds for music and a buddy of mine recently got the drop in type headphones and told me they work great too. Music check.
The venting system works really well. You can even close one side of the head while leaving the other side open. This works great if you only sweat out of the left side of your dome. If you are in the market for a helmet the Smith Variant will do you right.
