Well if the snow continues to dodge us it is time to find some other rad things to do. Since the GNAR movie was last night you are probably sleeping it off still today, but when you wake up you should go check some of these things out.

Guster has been rocking it with their light hearty bongo heavy beats for 20 years now. I had a bunch of buddies that were really into them about ten years back. If they haven’t gotten old and lame this show should rock.
Saturday Jan. 15th – Help Set a Guinness World Record: Snowman Spectacular –Mountain Dell Golf Course 12-2pm
The company that one of my roommates works for, Clearlink, is sponsoring this world record attempt. So get you team together, or just get on up to Mountain Dell to watch a snowman building frenzy. 1000 smowmen in one hour should be a good show.
Saturday Jan. 15th and Jan. 24th – The Spazmatics @ Liquid Joes 1249 E. 3300 South 801-467-5637
The Spazmatics have been rocking out at Liquid Joe’s for year and they put on a good show every time. I have heard a rumor that the guys in the Spazmatics are the same guys as the guys in Metal Gods. True??? I am not sure. Let me know if you know.
