As Squaw reported 2-4 inches in the resort, a few of us decided to see what the backcountry had to offer. So we loaded up the sleds, packed some toys, and strapped on our powder boards hoping for the best. Luckily enough, deep in the woods we found perfect fluffy powder about a foot deep. We started off skiing some lines shooting with a point and shoot and once we realized how sick it was we broke out the big camera and scoped some larger cliffs. Good times, great snow, bluebird skies and the celebration of the one and only, Shane McConkey, made for a perfect Tahoe ski day. Hope you enjoy.
