The Line Mothership is a big mountain ski designed for the most athletic of skiers. The thick wood core offers stability at speed and the early rise tip coupled with an early taper allows the ski to plow through crud and chop. The tester found the ski to surf well in the pow and confidently hold a straight line without hooking a tip. The tails will smear short radius turns with minimal effort. Surprisingly, the ski carves ridiculously well on groomers, while arcing high speed GS style turns.

Bottom line: This ski is for strong, athletic skiers that seek out steep pow lines and big hucks. The ski responds better at speed, so let them run.
