During the summer months, tourists and RV’s flood our country’s national parks. While this summer phenomenon results in ski town past times such as the “anal game,” the crowds can be frustrating for those souls seeking solitary refuge in the mountains.
In the winter, that changes completely. Starting in October, national parks sit deserted, while Ullr begins to blanket the mountains in snow. This allows for skiers and snowboarders to come out of their national park hibernation and enjoy the surrounding mountains without the crowds and more importantly– on skis.
Just the way it should be.
