After a long dry spell Squaw is once again getting snow. Today, Granite Chief received 6 inches of heavy, saturated, snow. This new layer should set us up well for the next few systems that are moving into the area over the next few days. Powder skis are strongly recommended. This is not the snow you want to be trudging through.

The snow line hovered right around 8000 Ft. for most of the day. Below that was steady rain.
