If you’re a fan of skiing, snowboarding, or general epic things, you won’t want to miss the epic conclusion of the Freeride World Tour 2026 seasons set to go down tomorrow, March 28th, at 8:30am CET.
The 2026 YETI Xtreme Verbier will feature 29 of the world’s best freeride skiers and snowboarders (6 snowboard men, 13 ski men, 6 ski women, and 4 snowboard women) as they shoot to earn a spot on this year’s Freeride World Tour Champion podium. Nobody’s guaranteed a first place finish at this point, so it will certainly be an exciting day.
The competition will go down on the legendary Bec des Rosses face, a steep, technical, and rocky wall that features 600 meters of vertical drop. With tight couloirs, exposed ridges, and massive cliffs, there’s an endless number ways to get creative on the slope, and these athletes certainly will.
Athletes representing the United States include Shayne Blue Sandblom (snowboarding), Joey Leonardo (skiing), Ross Tester (skiing), Toby Rafford (skiing), Wynter McBride (skiing), and Mia Jones (snowboard).
You can watch the event live over on the Freeride World Tour YouTube or on the Freeride World Tour website. The livestream will begin at 8:30am CET, or 2:30am EDT, with the first riding dropping at 8:45am CET.
