Crested Butte, Colorado — I’m not typically impressed by slopeside homes at ski resorts, as they typically symbolize snobby excess. However, there’s an impressive home at Crested Butte Mountain Resort that I could see myself living in (if I win the lottery).
Yesterday, it was announced that 23 Gray Fox Lane is for sale. Also known as The Tipple House, the mansion pays tribute to the area’s mining history. The home gives easy access to the East River and Paradise lifts. Some of the amenities include a glass observatory, a modern kitchen, a ski room with a large boot dryer machine, a wine cellar, a home theatre, a billiards room, and a hot tub.
