A place like Mad River Glen has made an entire identity out of the oddity that is their single seat chairlift but have you ever heard of ultra-rare detachable Poma at Sipapu Ski Resort in New Mexico. The vintage lift is the last of its kind in North America and requires a lifty to pull handle suspended from above to engage the poma (kinda reminds me of pinsetters at old fashioned bowling alleys). Really cool, would love to give this puppy a spin.
