screen-shot-2017-03-02-at-8-32-08-amJudgement has been handed down for David Soltysiak, 31, of Petoskey, Michigan on his involvement in a fire that injured twelve people on Dec. 11 at the Main Lodge at the Boyne Highlands Resort. The Detroit Free Press reports Soltysiak pleaded no contest to second-degree arson and felonious assault and was sentenced up to 20 years in prison with a minimum of 13 years and 3 months.13242280_gHe was apprehended after running from a security guard and spraying a fire extinguisher at him at the time of the fire at the northern Michigan ski resort.
