Three-time Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Shaun White has joined some pretty exclusive company. The 40-year-old snowboarding legend is the newest member of Barbie’s Kenbassadors collection, joining NBA superstar LeBron James and rockstar Lenny Kravitz as the third celebrity to receive the honor.
Mattel unveiled the Shaun White Ken doll on Tuesday, October 27, as part of its celebration of Ken’s 65th anniversary. The $80 collectible features a miniature version of White dressed in snowboarding apparel inspired by his WHITESPACE brand, complete with a helmet, goggles, gloves, snowboard and boots that clip into the board.

The doll also features a jersey representing The Snow League, White’s professional snowboarding and freeskiing competition circuit, which he established following his retirement from competitive snowboarding.

Mattel introduced the Kenbassadors collection to celebrate influential men who have made an impact through their careers and helped inspire others.
LeBron James became the first Kenbassador in 2025, with a doll wearing his signature streetwear style and representing his LeBron James Family Foundation.
Musician Lenny Kravitz became the second Kenbassador in September 2026. His $70 collectible features an outfit inspired by his Blue Electric Light Tour, complete with a bronze mesh top, jeans, sunglasses and his signature hairstyle.
White’s addition brings snowboarding into a collection that already includes two of the most recognizable figures in sports and entertainment.
From Olympic Gold Medals to the Toy Aisle
White won Olympic halfpipe gold medals in 2006, 2010 and 2018 before retiring from competition following the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Since then, he has continued working in snowboarding through his WHITESPACE brand and The Snow League. The Shaun White Kenbassadors doll is available now through Mattel Creations and major online retailers, with a suggested price of $80.
