Incline Village, Nevada A key member of one of the world’s most famous bands has put his majestic Tahoe home on the market.

Earlier this year, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Mike Love listed his Tahoe estate for sale. Priced at a measly $43 million, the nearly 19,000-square-foot mansion is home to ten bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms. The Beach Boys frontman plans to downsize to a smaller home in the Tahoe area.

Some of the amenities include an indoor koi pond, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, a professional chef’s kitchen, a movie theater, a sauna and steam room, and a playground. Built on a ledge, the property gives stunning views of Lake Tahoe, especially when you’re chilling in the pool or hot tub. The views are made even more beautiful thanks to the Love family, who have set aside the six acres around it for conservation. For the rich skiers out there, the home is also a short drive from Diamond Peak Resort. Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe also isn’t too far away.

I’m not the biggest Mike Love fan, but I was actually surprised at how beautiful the home is. I do think a lot of the architectural choices are great. The only flaw of this setup is that there’s no lakefront access, which many homes in the area at this price point have. Will I be able to afford this home in my lifetime? God only knows.
