Meet Mark and Sarah Penewit, husband and wife and the founders of Mobility Duo. Mark is a doctor of Doctor of Physical Therapy and Sarah is a certified yoga instructor and the pair a dedicated to keeping snowboarders happy, healthy and out there shredding:

Mt. Bachelor just did a nice little profile of the pair who frequent the central Oregon ski resort in their 1992 Toyota Liteace 4×4 Diesel RVÂ with their two-year old Dawson in tow and a shining example of what makes the riding community so strong up there.

My name is Mark and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Snowboard Instructor at Mt. Bachelor. I love snowboarding but can also appreciate how grueling it is on our bodies. Snowboarding is an extreme activity and we should all approach it with a healthy respect. Meet Sarah
I didn’t know I needed yoga when I found it but through the years it has saved me both physically and mentally. This is what I want for my favorite population: Snowboarders. I want to reach people who would’ve otherwise never found yoga and hopefully save some aches, pains, and mental health. Thank you for being here and trying something new!
