If you suffer from acrophobia (fear of heights) this snowmobile trestle bridge crossing over the Wanapetai River in northwest Ontario, Canada will be uncomfortable to say the least.

The bridge is abandoned but in semi-descent shape. Its a literal straightforward task to cross the span but there are few missing railroad ties along the way that will test your resolve. Too fast and you might loose control and fly off into icy waters 100 feet below, too slow and you could get skis stuck in one of the gaps between ties.

These hearty Canadians take in it stride but this is not for the feint of heart.
