Brighton’s annual Santa Skis Free is back again for Christmas Day 2025. As you might have guessed from the name of the event the first 200 Santas (Mrs. Claus, The Grinch count as well) get a free lift ticket and then join ranks at the top of Majestic to ski en masse to spread the Christmas spirit on the slopes.
“Ho-ho-hope you’re ready for Brighton’s Santa Skis Free day. The first 200 Santas (or anyone dressed head-to-toe in a full holiday costume) ride free on Christmas Day! Join the annual Santa Ski Run at 11:30am as our costumed crew meets at the top of Majestic and brings the cheer downhill together. If you’re participating, plan to meet at Majestic starting at 11am.”
Here’s footage from the Santa skiing event last Christmas, looks like a hoot and great way to spread holiday cheer while enjoying a day on the slopes. Remember its only the first 200 Santa, Miss Klaus or Grinch costumed skiers or snowboarders that ride for free so plan ahead and get there on time.
