CU Boulder Halftime Rail Jam.
CU Boulder Halftime Rail Jam.

If you’re ever been curious what university has the best college football traditions, it absolutely used to be the University of Colorado Boulder. Not only do they release a live buffalo named Ralphie onto the field at home games, but they used to host a halftime rail jam every once in a while.
