If you haven’t already kicked off your training for the ski season ahead, you’re probably a tad bit late (unless you aren’t skiing until January), but you’re certainly better off starting late than never starting at all.
A solid training plan for the ski season should include weight training, mobility training, and, of course, cardio, to help you spend the entire season on the mountain without injury. Cardio can include a lot of things, but this specific high-intensity cardio session will target specific movements to challenge muscular endurance and boost your power on the slopes. All you need to get it done is a towel and a willingness to work hard.
Outdoor Adventure Training is doing a 21-day ski fitness challenge to help get you in shape before the season begins. A new video will target different workout goals throughout the month, so make sure to follow along if you’re looking to get things going.
