“Waitโฆ itโs my birthday so soon? Time flies! Honestly donโt feel older, I actually feel youngerโฆ.but since Iโm 41 now I thought Iโd wear 41 carats and a beautiful Rolex to match. They say diamonds are a girls best friendโฆand her dogs haha. Thank you Rolex and The Academy for having me tonight. I felt like Springsteen was playing just for me. It was incredible. And thank you to everyone for the kind words and flowers. I wasnโt feeling great for a few reasons and my friends really showed up. Love you guys.” –Lindsey Vonn

Lindsey was joined by a bevy of entertainment elite including Ed Sheeran, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeff Goldblum, Jenna Ortega, and Emily Ratajkowski who were all serenaded by Legacy Award honoree Bruce Springsteen who played โLand of Hope and Dreamsโ and โAtlantic Cityโ during his three-song acoustic set. Happy Birthday to Lindsey Vonn,
Beyond heading to the Academy Museum Gala, Vonn spent her birthday week grinding hard with preseason training. Just because she’s 41 doesn’t mean she’ll be slowing down her training anytime soon.
