Zion National Park rangers funny 1-star reviews

“The trees weren’t tall enough for my taste. I couldn’t even reach the leaves.”

Judging by these online reviews I’m not sure why anyone would even visit Zion National Park. Sub-par dipping sauce selection, over abundance of rocks, topography flatter than Manitoba….frankly this place sounds awful.

Just kidding, Zion totally rules but there’s always gonna be people who complain for the sake of complaining. Check out these hilarious 1-star reviews read by the good folks who work as park rangers at Zion.

Okay so if you can get past the lack of places to dance and the trees smelling weird, here’s a few reasons why Zion National Park should be on your list of places to visit:

-Despite its desert environment, Zion National Park is home to over 1,000 different species of plants. The diversity of flora is due to the wide range of elevations within the park, from 3,700 to 8,700 feet.

-Zion National Park is home to the 2nd largest natural arch in the world, Kolob Arch, which spans 287 feet.

-The park is home to the largest flying bird in North America. The endangered California Condor has incredible wingspan of 10 feet.

-Zion features some of the tallest sandstone monoliths in the world, with rock formations ranging from 500 to over 2,000 feet high.
