“Sometimes building dreams means facing nightmares.” – Aspen Snowmass
Crews with Aspen Snowmass are working hard to replace the Elk Camp Chairlift on Snowmass with a brand-new high-speed six-pack for an opening during the 2025/26 season. Obviously the replacement required the removal of the current chair’s lift towers and other structures. So the question is, what’s lying inside the hollow, 30-year-old chairlift towers?
If you guessed a boatload of spider webs, you’d be absolutely correct! Not to worry though, there’s only a handful of venomous spiders in the state (including the Black Widow….).
