The lifeguards patrolling Ehukai Beach Park, known for the legendary barreling waves of Pipeline, are not sincerely not playing around when they give beach goers directions. If they say stay out of the water and you go rogue, expect to be put in your place. You might think this guy is being a bit rough on these two but patrolling Pipeline is serious business and in the end it was for their own good.
Thankfully these two gentlemen took their admonishment on the chin, made peace and walked off. Moral of the story, lifeguards are their to protect you against the dangers the ocean and sometimes against you’re own naivety, if you are given an order follow it and thank them for looking out.
