In a video released this week, Snowbird showed how they make their desserts. In the Cliff Lodge, there’s a large kitchen where various cooks make the treats. When they’re finished, workers ship them off to the dining outlets across the ski resort. The video is a cool look inside a part of Snowbird that most guests don’t typically see.
