Congratulations to Nikolas Plytas who persevered through over 800 attempts before landing and riding away from the world’s first foil-board double backflip.

“Hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life – and also the world’s first double backflip in foilboarding. Over the past six months, I gave everything to this trick. Every time I was on the water, my only focus was landing it.” -Nikolas Plytas

The 29-year-old Greek multi-sport athlete started his career as a waterskier and has since expanded to wakeboarding, surfing, wing foiling, snowboarding and foilboarding. Cheers to sticking with it and doing something for the first time in history.
