Arizona Snowbowl extends season to Memorial Day.
Arizona Snowbowl extends season to Memorial Day.

With the help of 7 new inches of snow that fell last week, Arizona Snowbowl has once again extended their season, this time with operations set to run through Memorial Day, May 26.

The resort will be open for two more weekends, with operations on Saturday and Sunday of this upcoming weekend (May 17th & 18th) and Friday-Monday of the following weekend (May 23rd-26th). The Arizona Gondola will run from 10am to 4pm on all open days. There will be no beginner terrain available on the mountain.

Those hoping to visit the mountain but stay off the skis/snowboard can enjoy Scenic Gondola Rides throughout Memorial Day weekend, enjoying a ride to 11,500 feet with panoramic views of the Coconino National Forest, the San Francisco Peaks, and the Grand Canyon. Scenic Gondola Ride tickets start at $29 and include $10 in Bowl Bucks.

Lift tickets for the bonus weekends can be purchased online for as low as $19 online. Tickets come with $10 in Bowl Bucks for use at any resort-owned outlet for food, drinks, retail, or rentals. Equipment rentals begin at $19 and children 12 and under ski and snowboard for free.
