Skier hits tree @ Pats Peak Ski Area

Pats Peak Ski Area is wonderful independent resort in Henniker, New Hampshire about 90 minutes from Boston, Massachusetts. Boasting 770 feet of vertical and some incredible glade skiing, popping in the woods is an excellent way to spend the day at Pats Peak but as with any tree skiing maintain control at all times is critical to safety and failure to do so can result in painful outcomes.

Such was the case for this poor fella who lost control after scraping a rock on a little drop and ended up hugging a tree. If you’ve ever taken a direct shot to the nether regions you will know that guy’s pain. Ouch!
