Frightening video from the slopes of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria where a child playing on an active ski slope was nearly struck by a passing skier. The boy was not only playing ski slope (which is highly forbidden) but was also in a blind spot where he was not visible by skiers coming down the mountain.

The blame does not lie on the small boy who was simply doing what kids do, rather it his parents or guardians who are responsible. Responsibility would have been an afterthought if this little fella got hit and we are very glad he didn’t.

For all you parents or anyone looking after children at ski resorts, make it absolutely clear that ski slopes are solely meant for skiing and keep a close eye on them at all times.
