Congratulations to brave man who mustered up the courage to surprise his soon to be fiancée with a surprise Valentine’s Day proposal in winter weather standstill traffic on Colorado’s I-70. The people in cars around the freshly engaged couple started honking their horns and flashing their lights to celebrate the moment. Might not be the most romantic of circumstances but I’m pretty sure she didn’t see it coming. Well done!
