This snowmobiler had a pretty rough day while riding in the backcountry in British Columbia. As he’s riding up a mountain, the snow fractures and he’s caught in an avalanche.
The avalanche does manage to bury him, but he was fortunately able to survive the slide. Plus towards the end you can see another snowmobile approaching him to help out.
Let this be a reminder to never ride/ski/snowboard/snowmobile in avalanche terrain alone. If he was fully buried and there was no one to help him, he might not have been so lucky.
