Whistler Blackcomb partnered with Rockstar Energy to bring a massive table top kicker to Upper Peak to Creek on Whistler, inviting a host of gnarly snowboarders, including Mike Ciccarelli, to throw down in a sweet session last spring. The video gives a cool look at the process of coming up with and building a jump in a location that hasn’t seen a jump in around 20 years.
Rockstar Energy and Whistler Blackcomb come together to bring an epic jump back to Whistler’s alpine terrain. For the first time in 20 years, veteran park builder Ty Weed builds a massive table top on Upper Peak to Creek for Mike Ciccarelli and friends for an amazing jump session. Rockstar provides DJ Cat tunes and the beverages and the snowboarders bring the big air.
Peak to Creek is Whistler Blackcomb’s longest run, stretching nearly 7 miles (11 kilometers) from the top of the mountain towards the bottom. It’s a great run, but it’ll rip your legs apart if you’re not ready.
