Incredible images out of Colorado where the folks at Silverton Mountain took advantage of some mid-October snow to do a bit of product testing. Snow has officially arrived to San Juan Mountains!

“Woke up to 8”+ of snow at the base area and 12”+ at the top of the lift at Silverton Mountain. Got out for some early-season product testing, and it’s safe to say we’re gearing up for an unbelievable winter.”

About Silverton Mountain:

Silverton Mountain is located in Silverton, Colorado and is an ungroomed, expert only ski area operating a single chair lift and heli-skiing, with guided, small group skiing during the winter months and unguided skiing during the spring season. Mountain operations begin on December 28th, and guests can purchase lift tickets, season passes, or heli-skiing packages in advance of the season. More info HERE.
