Located 90 miles North of Boise, Tamarack Resort has long been a favorite among Idaho skiers and snowboarders. Back in 2007, Tamarack started construction on their Mid-Mountain Lodge and had it framed out, roofed and weathered in but due to the economic collapse the project stalled out in 2008 and has sat idle since then.
In 2018 a family group purchased the resort and resurrected the long dormant project. Work on the Mid-Mountain Lodge is in full swing as they prepare for the its scheduled opening for the 2024/2025 season.
