Ski Butlers typically works by sending a rental technician out to fit customers at their accommodation. Reservations are made online or by phone, technicians come to the accommodation, size the customer, set up their gear, provide some waivers, and leave. Then, at the end of the trip, Ski Butlers comes and picks the gear back up.
With Ski Butlers Express, the sizing and gear setup is skipped, whether through previous order history or a rental profile. The gear is set up beforehand, the waivers are signed online, and skis/snowboards/boots/anything else is left waiting for the customer at the accommodation. On-mountain support and equipment pickup services are still included with the express service.
