Calling all foodies and ski enthusiasts! The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) is bringing the unique flavors of Utah to New York City. Over the course of four days five Park City restaurants will host a series of exclusive events at Platform by the James Beard Foundation. This is your chance to experience the culinary artistry of Park City’s award-winning chefs alongside expertly crafted cocktails made with Utah’s finest spirits.
A Week of Culinary Delights in NYC with Park City Restaurants
The PCARA lineup offers a variety of culinary experiences throughout the weekend of September 26th to 29th, 2024. Each event has it’s own unique spin meant to highlight the specific restaurant that is hosting. Here’s a closer look at each event:
- Riverhorse on Main: Indulge in an intimate fine dining experience featuring Executive Chef Seth Adams’ American eclectic cuisine and signature cocktails from Park City’s Alpine Distilling this will be an event to remember. (Thursday, Sept 26, Dinner, 7-10 PM)
- High West Distillery: Enjoy a festive cocktail party with Executive Chef Michael Showers showcasing elevated American Western fare alongside High West Distillery’s renowned craft whiskeys and cocktails. (Friday, Sept 27, Cocktail Party, 6:30-8:30 PM)
- Courchevel Bistro: Savor a decadent French-European inspired lunch prepared by Executive Chef Clement Gelas, featuring the freshest local ingredients and expertly paired with cocktails from Alpine Distilling. (Saturday, Sept 28, Lunch, Noon-2 PM)
- Tupelo Park City: Take a culinary journey with Executive Chef Matthew Harris as he presents an evening of inspired cuisine influenced by his Southern roots and global travels. The meal will be complemented by Master Botanical Distiller Sara Sergent’s award-winning spirits and original cocktails. (Saturday, Sept 28, Dinner, 7-10 PM)
- Stein Eriksen Lodge: Wrap up the weekend with an unforgettable Sunday brunch experience with Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations, Corporate Chef Zane Holmquist. Enjoy traditional favorites, made-to-order stations, and a variety of hot and cold dishes paired with seasonal cocktails from Alpine Distilling. (Sunday, Sept 29, Brunch, 1-3 PM)
