Packrafting through a Vancouver Island cave.

VANCOUVER ISLAND, British Columbia – Caves kind of scare me. Like I’ll go into a cave and check it out, if I know what’s inside/have a guide. But the idea of just going into a cave without really knowing what you’re getting into is nuts. Luke of Life Of Luke saw some pictures of a cave on Vancouver Island and decided he wanted to try to packraft through it, without an idea of whether or not it was possible. It’s incredibly dope, it’s just something I’d rather watch on a tv screen than actually experience myself…

I saw photos of Little Huson Cave and wondered if it was possible to packraft on this river, underground, and through the cave. So I went to North Vancouver Island and my brother teamed up with me to see if it was possible. We paddled where possibly no one has packrafted before.?
