Wild video out of Estonia where a cross country ski racer took an accidental dip in the second mile of the 39 mile Tartu Ski Marathon. The poor guy got off course avoiding a collision on a downhill section and ended up sliding into waterhole. Despite the 23 degree temps and and 38 miles still to go, the man decided to brave the cold and finished the race.  People like to say hockey tough but maybe we should be saying nordic skier tough:
