One of the most legendary ski resorts on the planet is officially in new hands.

Yesterday, it was announced that the sale of Jackson Hole was finalized. In August, it was announced that the Kemmerer family would sell the ski resort to board members Eric Macy and Mike Corbat, their families, and a small batch of co-investors.

Jay Kemmerer, who’s the former co-owner of the ski resort, said the following in the press release about the new owners:

“The Kemmerer family is proud and happy to pass our legacy asset into capable hands. Mike Corbat and Eric Macy are great friends and will do an outstanding job leading Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.”

According to Jackson Hole News & Guide, the ski resort won’t disclose how much it cost to buy the resort.
