The team has increased the number of available rooms at the lodge, which means more guests can stay on the property in a given time. The increase in guest capacity means they are operating a 3rd A-Star for the entire season, offering private heli-ski trips in a single load (up to 3 guests in 1 group) or double load (up to 8 guests split into 2 groups).
These changes mean there are a number of open dates for the private program during the most prime windows for the BC heli-ski season. Having a dedicated helicopter for your group means the machine is at your service, giving you more control over your schedule and the terrain you ski. It’s ideal for a group of 3 who want to elevate their experience and take advantage of the unlimited vertical. It’s also a great fit for groups of 6 to 8 people, as you can do a double load where your private group can split into two groups as you see fit.
With the Canadian exchange rate, the value has never been better. The private heli package starts at $47,676 CAD flat rate for 3 days, which includes unlimited vertical, accommodation, and food for up to 3 guests. With a group of three, that’s about ~$5k CAD per person per night for a full private heliskiing trip. For a larger group of 8, it’s ~$3,300 CAD per person per day.
