Some of the amenities at the Ritz include ski-in/out access, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a 21,000-square-foot spa, excellent restaurants, and a fitness center. The location of the room is pretty nice too, as it’s situated on the spa level.
When you are out of town, renting out the space is a good side hustle. Last year, HS307 grossed $150,403. Back in 2021, the condo grossed $163,922.
