The driver who fatally struck a man sitting in a camping chair at the back of a car in the Snowbowl parking lot near Missoula, Montana is being charged with vehicular homicide by the Missoula County Attorneyโ€™s Office.

KRTV reports the incident happened on April 5th when the driver, Gregg Andrew Hancock, was “having fun” fishtailing and doing donuts around the parking lot in a GMC Sonoma. Hancock told state troopers that he saw his friend and wanted mess with him by driving toward him. Hancock applied the brakes the truck slid into the victim, pinning him between two vehicles. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

Gregg Andrew Hancock admitted he was drinking and was investigated for a DUI. He was served a search warrant for his blood and has been charged with vehicular homicide.
