This along with a long list of cancelations for the Icelandic boat company, Aurora Arktika spawned possibly the most unconventional snowboard trip of all time. Living on a boat and exploring remote Icelandic terrain by day, this is our journey to “Cream Island”!”
When Lobster Snowboards was faced with COVID-19 travel restrictions and had a wad of marketing dollars burning a hole in their pocket the decided to blow it all on a sailboat and explore the slopes in the land of fire and ice by sea. Seriously faked me out at the beginning with that crazy futuristic sailboat…looks like they may have been sharing Cream Island with a Bond villain?
