I hope I don’t sound like a total poser here, but I honestly don’t think a ski resort could celebrate the launch of a new gondola in a cooler way than by having a big name DJ show up to play a free show.
That just sounds like my kind of party.
Palisades Tahoe, CA has announced that they’re throwing a huge party to celebrate the launch of their game-changing Base To Base Gondola on December 17th.
The gondola will connect the Palisades Base (formally known as Sq*w Valley) to the Alpine Meadows base effectively making the resort the 3rd largest in the country by acreage.
The day will be filled with giveaways, mountain tours, happy hours on the mountain, and live music. The day will culminate with a free performance by Dillon Francis at the KT Base Bar at 5pm.
