I’ve always known this move as the Euro Carve but apparently if you’re French like Xavier de Le Rue you call it the Vitelli Turn named after legendary slalom rider Serge Vitelli. There’s other instructionals available on the internet but this is by far the best. Engage the powder skirt, maybe tweak you’re rear binding angle and have at it. Enjoy!
