KUTV 2News Meteorologist Chase Thomason might have just delivered the coolest live weather report of all-time. That’s definitely a niche accomplishment, but you’ll see what I mean.
Thomason went up to Solitude Mountain Resort for opening day yesterday, and delivered a full weather forecast/breakdown on live television while snowboarding.

Pretty damn impressive, right? Thomason must have memorized that entire report because it doesn’t appear that he’s reading off of anything.
That’s not even mentioning the fact that he’s on live TV. He has the pressure of not screwing up his report, and making sure that he doesn’t fall while riding!
I’m not sure if this is feasible, but consider this my petition to have Thomason deliver a weekly forecast from the slopes.
I’d watch, and I don’t even live in SLC! 😂
