This year’s monsoon season has been particularly wet for the American Southwest. It seems like the entire region has been doused with even heavier rainfall than usual, and the result has been some impressive flash floods.
The video below was captured just last week in Moab, UT, near Arches National Park. It shows cascading waterfalls caused by flash flooding roaring down the rocky faces of the mountains.
The water is a murky brown, but I personally think they’re still beautiful to look at. A waterfall is a waterfall after all.
