Utah Firefighters Use Foil To Protect Hieroglyphs From Wildfire

We’ve seen structures and trees get the foil treatment to protect against wildfire damage but never rock etchings. KSL reports firefighting crews fighting the Halfway Hill Fire near Fillmore, Utah worked with archaeologists to protect the Chalk Creek Hieroglyphs.
